- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Free 30 Min Call, then they will book a design service, and either meet In-Home/In-Store/or via FaceTime for consult. Then designer time for renderings, Moodboard, materials quote build, and will email that to client. Follow up meeting to purchase quote materials. 3 Contractor referrals or hire own pro for install. Design consult only.
