Polo did a good job on the eletrical work I needed for a remodel. He showed up when he was supposed to, and often worked late to get the job in on time, including a weekend of his anniversary, which I thought was above and beyond. I couldn't give him and Outstanding rating because you have to be very careful and very specific about what you want done. My quote changed three times, including an additional charge for something we had clearly agreed to in writing and after I had paid for the entire job. I refused to pay, and Polo completed the work to my satisfaction anyway, but was vocal about his displeasure. I think, frankly, this is just a learning curve that he has to work on to run his own business. That said, she has the actual "work" part down, and I am happy with what he did do, just be careful to communicate and make certain he is held accountable to those numbers.

Polo is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He came to install over 10 ceiling fans and lights for us and we ended up hiring him for several larger jobs like closing in our stairwells and adding walls. He will stay late and get the job done. Absolute professional! You will not regret hiring Polo for all your needs!

Polo was great. Honest guy who caught something dangerous we weren't aware of and he charged us nothing after spending time at our house to look at multiple things. We will be hiring him to install new lighting in our house and get a couple things repaired. Very professional and won't hesitate to recommend to others!
