- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on years of experience shopping, with extensive knowledge of brands and retailers. My pricing varies with each client depending on their needs. I can do packages if you commit to several shopping appointments, closet clean out & etc (wardrobe overhaul). I charge differently if someone wants me to shop for them for an event, or if they want me to do a wardrobe clean out and/or image consult. I take pride in providing specialized services tailored to each individual client based on their needs. I also offer payment plans if needed so please ask about that if that is something you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No customer is alike in my opinion every customer has very different needs and wants. Some ladies need a complete closet clean out and to learn how to pair together different outfits from what they currently have in their wardrobe. While others need someone to actually go shopping with to show them what works best on their body type and what type of clothes they should just stay away from.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Business Administration. I previously worked as a Custom Closet Designer for California Closets for 3 years designing brand new custom closets and organizational spaces. I also own an online boutique and we do pop-up shop events around the Austin area for the past 2 years selling and buying clothing which has given me a tremendous amount of experience as to what looks great on women based upon different body types, style and etc.
