Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I do my best to treat every client as an individual, each with their own specific needs. I help to maximize the opportunities for change while going against the negative currents that daily life can bring. I enjoy watching the progression of my clients from the beginning through to the end. Whether I am helping people gain mobility, aiding in taking away daily aches and pains, or helping them find that confidence that disappeared under those T shirts at the middle school pool party. It's awesome to be a part of the process.

Tim has been an exemplary trainer for myself covering anything from martial arts to weights. He has been adaptable to my fitness interests and I always feel better after seeing him. He's an energetic personality that will try to make the sessions both fun and effective. I currently have a good bit of weight melting off as a result of training with Timothy Collins and I always feel jazzed up after seeing seeing him. He's detail oriented with the training and genuinely cares for his clients. I've focused mostly on martial arts but he's very good at increasing your body's balance, strength, and functionality. I hope if you give him a try you will have a similar experience to myself. He's a cool dude :)

I've been training with Tim for about two years. In that time I've learned a lot about my body and how it works. I've learned why doing certain things hurt and how to fix that. I've seen my posture improve and my fitness increase. Now I'm preparing for a my first multi-day hike and Tim is working with me to build the muscles I will need for that. He is a very encouraging and motivating trainer.
