- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Crisp by Kelsey offers seasonal specials for 4 course dinner events, as well as personalized menus. To get started on personalized menu consulting, a $50 non-refundable deposit is due. This deposit will go towards your event should you choose to book. Pricing is determined on the final menu chosen, the amount of guests, & chosen service. The TOTAL price will be determined with confirmation of a menu, and head count before any payments are made. Deposit of 50% of the total is due to book.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new customer I love to connect on the phone, to get a better idea of what type of service you are looking for. A customer can choose to create their event from the seasonal packages I am offering, or start personalized menu consulting for a $50 deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a High Honors graduate from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. I graduated in 2013.
