Jill is a very patient, nice teacher. I had never played the piano before, and on my first lesson I could barely play a couple notes together. Now, within a few weeks, I'm merrily performing (beginner) solos and rocking out to chords, and having Jill to monitor my progress has been both helpful and fun.

I am a piano teacher myself, so I think I'm a pretty good judge of piano teaching. I'm also extremely particular (ask my husband and my friends)! Taylor Kroff is an exemplary piano instructor in every way. He's extremely qualified, gifted at teaching concepts, patient and professional. He is organized and structured in his teaching methods, which I really need. Bottom line - I'm loving my piano lessons with Taylor Kroff and I'm LEARNING!

I have enrolled my 6 year old for violin lessons with Dolce Studio. Two Lessons and my son has taken a liking to the instrument and the teacher Ms.Emily is so encouraging & supportive. She knows how to draw out my son who can be very reluctant to try in the face of a difficult task. Thanks to the wonderful Brenda Bedell for all the initial ground work in setting up the violin teacher for us! Highly recommend the studio for music lessons.

We were blessed to have Ms. Kay for our kids piano lessons. Our kids have separate piano interests and learning curves. Ms Kay worked well with both of them, identifying their individual strengths and weaknesses and working with them. We wish her the best on her move to another state.

Paula was my daughter's first piano teacher. My daughter was 6 years old when she started piano lessons. Paula did a great job in teaching her how to read and play music. Carla enjoyed every lesson and would still enjoy it if Paula hadn't moved to the East Coast. I can highly recommend her as a piano teacher for kids and adults!

I am an absolute beginner and Evelyn has been doing a great job in her Piano lessons. She works with me patiently , understands the problems faced by a person with no musical knowledge and guides me at each step . I am very pleased with her lessons.

As an adult starting piano lessons again after (eep!) 3 decades, I have to say that studying at McLaughlin School of Music has been a very gratifying experience. My teacher David Mesquitic has just the right touch. He is able to both encourage and challenge someone like me who has "just enough" knowledge to be dangerous but not enough to have mastered certain essential concepts for pop/jazz piano. Huge props to Matt McLaughlin as well. He has created a very warm and welcoming space in which to take lessons and definitely paired me with right teacher. I am thrilled to have found the McLaughlin School.

Sarah taught my forth child piano lessons for a year before she moved out of the area. My daughter loved her. Sarah's lessons were fun. Jess progressed quicker then her brothers because she actually enjoyed what she was learning. Sarah is excellent teaching all aspects of playing such as form, therory, technique, and how to correct errors. I really enjoyed listening to Sarah play because she plays with passion and my daughter was able to pick up on that too.

Patti and my child have a great relationship. She encourages and challenges him by selecting appropriate and interesting music. She provides homework assignments and strategies that keep him engaged. She teaches group lessons and hosts recitals enabling piano to be a social experience. Thank you!

Very patient, fun guy to take lessons from. Teaches both 3-finger and clawhammer. Plays in lots of bands in Austin, so it's also fun to hear stories of someone out there living the dream.

I went to Daphne as a self taught guitar player wanting an understanding of music theory, specifically jazz, and the difference she has made in my playing has been remarkable. Always engaged with my progress, Daphne encouraged me always. A wonderful teacher.

Mr. Davis is a great teacher and a great person. I've been looking for a piano teacher for quite a long time after trying a few different people out, but not really having a lot of musical chemistry with them, although I feel with Xavier I can feel a bit more enthusiastic about playing and learning. I've had a couple of years of beginner piano experience but I think I'll be able to reach the next steps in my musical journey with what I've learned with him. He is very patient and understanding, and never makes me feel like I have a dumb question or anything like that. Highly recommended.

My 10 year old daughter has been taking piano and voice lessons from Deborah for the past year and she loves her! Deborah has helped her find music that she is passionate about learning and worked with her to play and sing with confidence in front of audiences. From my daughter "She is a super nice teacher and I like the types of songs we get to play. It is really cool to take lessons from her! It is fun."

Stephanie is an amazing piano teacher. She taught three of our girls. She is such a great encourager and makes learning the piano lots of fun. We wish she still lived close to us as our daughters all loved having her as a teacher. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a piano teacher.

Very professional and friendly instructor. My son loves piano class. My only reservation from giving 5 stars was that I felt some pressure to rent a piano from them.
