Introduction: Learn about the Flamenco Culture and History through its music directly from a native Spanish teacher with over 16 years of teaching experience. Learn new finger-picking patterns and rhythms to include in your playing and also to understand how chords and scales work over any song you would like to learn. If you are interested in a wider Latin approach to your learning, we can also work together in learning Latino music like Boleros, Caribbean ("Buena Vista Social Club" type), Brazilian bossa nova (in ex. "Girl from Ipanema") or many others from all over Latin-America and Spain. Face to face lessons only available in Austin, TX and surrounding areas. Online lessons available worldwide. All playing levels are welcome.

I had lessons with Jose in Austin and now online. He is passionate about his music. He is an enthusiastic and excellent instructor. You can learn authentic flamenco, not academy, but learned on the streets of Granada, Spain. He has a vast knowledge of different Latin styles. Top notch!

Jose is a tremendous musician and amazing teacher. He has a great personality and a excellent didactic approach to every lesson. I requested classes on Spanish and he was able to adapt classes reminding me also the terms in English. in 2 classes Ive been able to familiarized with guitar basics and even learn couple of chords. I definitely would recommend Jose to any person who wants to learn guitar.
