We had a broken pocket door. Pocket doors can be difficult to repair and sometimes it's necessary to break through the wall. Tony is knowledgeable about pocket doors and was able to repair it without breaking through the wall. I highly recommend him!

He was very professional and responsive. Replaced 18 balances on my windows and got them working smoothly again. He also painted my back door, exterior patio and barn house door and did an excellent job.

Tony is great! There's nothing not to like about working with him! He was extremely prompt and communicative as we ironed out the details of the project, he showed up on time prepared and ready to go, and the work is perfect. I can't find one flaw with it, and fortunately/unfortunately I'm a perfectionist so any flaws (and I mean ANY flaws) always really stand out to me. He's also a really nice guy! Thank you, Tony!! I'm already compiling my list of future projects to contact you about!

Project work involved removing and replacing, (using similar type materials and painted finish), the attached exterior, wood stepped, backstairs, leading from the patio floor level on the house, down onto the backyard, using same concrete foundation footers, as installed by original builder. Also, project included side effort to secure exterior wall dryer vent and repair of side access gate latch. All work was quality effort, professional, on time and within budget. I would readily retain CHS services again and strongly recommend their participation in any, small to medium size, home or commercial small business repair/refurbish project. Tony Sampson, project manager, is excellent to work with and CHS performed in an excellent manner. Job, well done!
