I had the pleasure of hiring Ryan to repair a clogged sewer drain. The day before he came the City of Austin came and stated that the problem was their responsibility and repaired it. When Ryan came he notified me that there was nothing for him to do and refunded me my deposit. He is a very pleasant, respectful and honest person to work with. I shall definitely hire him again and I highly recommend him.
