Functional nutrition is not a 'one size fits all' discipline. It is a personalized approach to nutrition, a way of looking at diet and lifestyle that truly treats you as an individual, and works with your unique needs to help you improve your health with your own genetic make-up, health history, lifestyle, and emotional profile. My mission is to heal the whole person. Your physiology and your symptoms are the way they are today because of many factors of your life which are singular to you. You are an individual with a particular history, body, and lifestyle. I work with all of these factors to put all the pieces of the puzzle together to meet your needs, and create a custom-made plan for you. Through targeted lab testing and a detailed history I will able to assess how each system is working and design a personalized program to rebalance the body.
I address the underlying root cause with a holistic approach, and will partner with you to create a customized protocol that works with your needs and lifestyle.
I will help you to overcome chronic health conditions, discover possible root cause of the disease, transform and menage your own health, gain a sense of control and improve quality of life with dietary and lifestyle changes.
I teach you to understand how your body works, what directions to take so you can achieve your goals for good.
I don't count calories, instead I will teach you to understand what is your next best step.

* Work directly 1-on-1. In this program short survey will be send to you to determine if we are right fit for each other. Upon receiving survey, a 90 minutes detailed initial consultation will be scheduled. Work directly to uncover your underlying root causes, to create personalized wellness goals and to address your wellness concerns.
We will walk through all the questions, your health history, talk about your current eating habits, food intake and sleep pattern. We'll discuss your needs, collaborate on short and long-term goals. Types of nutritional supplements that work in synergy and best support your specific condition and treatment. You will receive your own Personalized Wellness Plan.
* Follow up by-weekly 45 minutes video calls. During our follow up sessions we will discuss progress you have made, address specific challenges that have arisen, what’s working, not working, what needs to be modified and create the best plan of action so you can move forward feeling confident in your healing journey. Look in to getting additional testings if necessary. Get support, accountability and modify your plan and protocols.
