- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer a free 45 minute consult to all interested customers. My prices are based on a monthly fee. Unless determined to be different in the initial consult, I meet with my clients 3-5 times a month & each session lasts45-60 minutes. I do not charge for emails, texts or the occasional ad-hoc appointment. I do not (nor do any coaches) take insurance unfortunately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?All client journeys are different because we all have different starting points, goals, strengths & areas that we want to improve. With each of my clients, we start with a vision: where do you want to go & what does it look like when you get there. Then, based on the gap between where you are & where you want to go, we’ll create 90 day, monthly, and weekly goals to get you there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have multiple certifications in personal training & health coaching, nutrition, women’s hormones, and life coaching. I’m happy to provide details.
