We couldn't have been happier with Pearl Snap Cuisine as our wedding caterer. I'm starting with the most important thing to me, as the mother of the bride. They were the only vendor that I didn't have to check in with or ask questions. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. They even offered encouragement and extra help on a couple of small things. The chefs and servers seamlessly performed their jobs without flaw, down to packaged up meals to send home after the wedding. Now on to the food! Not only was their food delicious, but they made the dinner experience part of the evening celebration. Their basic, affordable menu was as good, if not better, than that of a high quality restaurant. Then they had options that added so much to the wedding. The bride and groom chose an exotic fruit bar for the cocktail hour and it not only tasted wonderful, but had people gathered around talking about the fruits and taking photos. The infused water and chocolate s'more bar, which were part of the basic package, were delicious and fun. But by far, the best part of the experience was the "hot rocks" offering. Seasoned meat and vegetables cooked on hot rocks that had our guests hanging out at the buffet bar. Truly nothing typical about this wedding food! People are still talking about the food! Fantastic communication and reminders from Sugar Shaker Bakery/staff. Response time was less than 1 day. As a bride planning a wedding, this was very helpful. Candy quality great! My guests were very surprised and pleased. Nice that containers and serving utensils were provided.
Chef Bon has been making wonderful dishes for our family for about 12 months. My husband and I have 2 young boys. 1 of them has special dietary needs & the other is a picky eater. Chef Bon is hugely successful in finding healthy, fresh options to fit the needs of the whole family!! She comes to our house once a week to cook. Chef Bon is professional, on time, positive attitude, leaves the kitchen neat & clean, and she is great with kids.

Bravo, Dive B! Everything worked out perfectly. Set-up was excellent and very professional, food was excellent and abundant. We had plenty leftovers for the "kids" to take home. Chef Brian provided a cooking lesson for my junior girl scout troop. The girls were all excited about the prospect of meeting a Brian and couldn't wait for our monthly meeting. Brian showed them how to prepare 3 easy, healthy snacks. He provided great instructions, involving all the girls in each project. He shared kitchen safety tips as well. The food was great. They girls will be able to make these dishes at home. Brian has a great big personality and was a resounding success with my girls. Rowena Y.
Chef Heath was so awesome to work with! He came up with the perfect menu for our event at a very reasonable price. His presentation was lovely; he went above and beyond what I was expecting. And everything was delicious!! I would most definitely use Chef Heath again for future party needs!
I hired Chef Edna for a personal dinner for my family. She cooked us delicious food and gave us excellent personalized service. She is always going to be welcome in our kitchen and highly recommend her to any of my personal and business colleagues.
Erika made cupcakes for our wedding (we substitute cup cakes instead of a big wedding cake) and they were delicious!!! Hands down they were some of the best cupcakes we ever had. I would recommend Erika to all my friends and family if they ever needed a chef or cakes/pastries. We got a ton of compliments throughout the night from our guests how tasty the cupcakes were.
I've been gluten intolerant for most of my life. I'm also a terrible cook. As a result, maintaining a healthy, wholesome diet is a constant challenge. Samantha not only has me eating well but has taught me so much about how to make healthy food taste amazing. Her menu planning and preparation has also saved me a lot of time and headaches. She really took the time to personalize her service for me. She's opened up a whole new culinary world for me, and I couldn't happier or more thankful!
Michelle and Autumn did a wonderful job preparing a 9 course French style meal for my wife and I in our own home. The meal perfectly blended old world and new world French cuisine. We have a party coming up and would happily hire Michelle to cater.

Chef Hannah catered my 50th Birthday Brunch Party in February, & it couldn't have been any better! The Baked Hashbrown Egg Nests were a HUGE hit! We had the most delicious Mimosas with Fresh squeezed Orange juice, & I can't stop thinking about the Sweet Potato Chorizo Fritatta & those Breakfast Sausage Cinnamon Rolls with yummy Maple icing!! She had her own, fun twist on classic dishes that made everything such a huge hit. Everyone had a blast, & she was so friendly & warm to all of us. I will definitely have her cater my next party. She cooks with love & you can taste it in her food.

I am very broad in my horizons with the reason being this is my being/passion: to be able to always enjoy doing something new and fresh. That's always intriguing. Chef On the Go is my catering side project that I'm invested in. Basically, I'll do catering events from anywhere between 250 a head or 15 a head. I do festivals and events as well. I had learned a lot from being the head chef/private chef for a sorority house from Monday through Friday. I prepare, cook, and make menus for over 25 girls for their lunch and dinner.
