- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Unfortunately we do not have standard pricing because no two projects are alike. There are levels of repairing, replacing or new build but also scope of work in considering the condition of the area, ability to reach affected area, ability to deliver materials and weather conditions. While we have set pricing for labor, the standard ends when we factor those conditions and cost of materials that change almost daily.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We always go to the home, office or project to get all the information we can to give the most accurate quote. After making initial contact we go to the location, ask questions and listen to what the customer wants in their desired project. We then go back, price out the project so we can give a project price and not a guess. Our estimates are our price unless the customer adds or subtracts from the scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our owner started as a mason's helper and worked his way up. But in working as management in the real estate industry he also had a good business sense and surrounds himself with highly skilled masons and support team members. He understands the emotion as well as financial stresses that come with making changes with one's home or office. He and his guys always feel a sense of duty and honor to be invited in and yet to leave with little disruption.
