- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system for our new clients of $60/hour for the first clean. Those wishing to set up a recurring service will be charged the standard hourly rate for the first clean, after the initial cleaning we will set a fixed price per visit that will vary depending on frequency and their exact cleaning specifications.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact our new clients and find out the specifications, such as size and areas that need special/extra attention, of the property. We schedule a time and date that is the most convenient for our client and gather all payment information necessary. We then determine whether we will see the client on site during the cleaning or if a key will be left with a front desk clerk or a lock box. Following the completion of the clean the client will receive an email with the invoice and receipt of the payment.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all sorts of clientele from residential to commercial. Our residential clients include single apartments to family homes. Having worked with many different residential clients we are confident that we can work together to satisfy all of your cleaning needs.
