- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please be aware our prices reflect a base price. Thumbtack doesn't have an option to add prices based on square footage. Prices are based on current market value as well as the business total overhead cost. We are a legitimate business who pays employees livable wages and is insured. With that said, please know we have plenty of specials on our webpage and Facebook that can be used.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1. Review their profile and reviews. 2. Check their website to confirm what items are included in their services. 3. Always confirm you will not get charged if the quoted price/time frame is not enough. 4. Are they insured? 5. Be specific about your needs and ask questions! We are not all compatible, choose a business that fits your needs, but most importantly, for the safety of your family and property, is insured.
