- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly fees are easy, and allow the client to use design services as much or as little as they desire! - no surprises though, I will let you know how long something may take before starting the clock. (Also, I’m not a lawyer, you can text or call me ANYTIME with ?s throughout...on the house!) Flat rate packages are also a way to have 24/7 design concierge service. THE BIG REVEAL is our favorite! Give us your budget, we study your style, you leave for work and come home to a completely finished space, top-to-bottom! (Very “MOVE THAT BUS!” Style) ...best for $$, instant gratification, and quickest way to mark “DREAM HOME” off the to-do list!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Designers and clients need to LOVE each other, and have complete TRUST with their new home-sweet-home to-be! Clients AND Designers need to have a mutual respect & understand of each other’s intentions. When it feels right, it is a win-win, & I suggest all clients feel clear & excited about their designer before signing off on anything.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All shapes, sizes, styles, ages, colors, and ideas! The only constant I have noticed is that I enjoy all my clients, which is crucial... Aaaaand most of my clients love animals, especially dogs. We are starting a “Dogs of Spindle” page for this reason...they just love to show off in the “AFTER” photos.
