We use simple flat fee pricing so clients know exactly what they pay for with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting with them in-person or via telephone, I send a list of documents needed to prepare their case. Thereafter, I guide them through the process and advise them until the case is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend 20 to 30 hours of continuing education each year.
