Meet with your makeup artist, get a feel for their personality. Lean on the expertise of the artist, knowing that they want you to look your best as it's a reflection on them as well. Bring pictures and let them know what about that photo makes you really identify with the look. Have fun! Makeup is an accessory like shoes or a great handbag, so experiment and enjoy!
