- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Most services can be priced on a per-project basis for one-off need. If ongoing services are needed, a regularly scheduled monthly fee can be also provided for projects which are on an ongoing basis. Most media placement for paid ads (TV, Radio, Print, Social, Digital, etc.) typically has a small commission fee associated with it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initially, we'd jump on a brief call to get an understanding of the business needs and objectives trying to be accomplished to verify the services offered would align with the goals. During this call, we like to get a feeling for each other's personality. We believe working as partners requires a lot of trust, and we want to make sure that the business is right for our agency and our agency is right for the business. Following that we'd provide a firm quote on the services to be completed along with a timeline for the client to approve prior to starting the work. Once the quote is approved, we're able to start on the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our founder, Adrian De La Garza, has a BS in Advertising from the Moody College of Communications at the University of Texas at Austin. He also brings 20 years of experience with working in marketing and advertising for over 40 clients from both the agency as well as the corporate perspective. Additionally, Adrian has built and lead many corporate marketing departments for various business verticals.
