She was great! Identified where I needed help and adjusted those areas. Even gave me tips on how to improve my posture and strengthen my back. Couldn’t have been more pleased. She was also very kind and focused on really helping address my problems.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based on time and goals. We are also a no-tipping clinic. Pricing is also inclusive of various topical products that may be used during the session (CBD, Essential Oils or topical analgesics) and a variety of tools (cupping, stretches, flossing bands) that may be used. We do not charge extra for these items but use as needed. We also do not charge different pricing for different techniques. The learned techniques, perspective of your therapist and your goals/needs at the time of each session determines what and how the therapist will approach your session.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Swedish massage techniques are learned during the initial educational licensure. Our therapists have additional training in advanced techniques like orthopedic massage, advanced deep therapeutic techniques, trigger point therapy, ART, cross-fiber corrective therapy (formerly Pfrimmer therapy) and myofascial release therapy, structural integration. The techniques we have certification in are Cross-fiber Corrective Therapy and Orthopedic Massage.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are so many techniques that are incredibly helpful, however, the technique is as much about how the therapist uses that technique for particular situations. Be cautious about making a technique-only driven decision. This is as much about the quality of touch from the person.
