Swedish massage (standard),
Deep tissue massage,
I have seen a lot of massage therapists, but none of them were as attentive and focused as Kathy. I came in really looking to solve some muscular issues, and she far exceeded expectations. As someone with traditionally chronic tightness issues, this is the first time I have ever really seen an attainable end in sight to my problems. I had my first session with her yesterday and just had the best sleep I've had in weeks! I am very thankful to have found Kathy and will definitely be seeing again!Sep 17, 2019VerifiedDeep Therapeutic Massage; Kathy Lund, LMT's reply
Hi Cole. Restful sleep is so important and a very good sign that muscles are releasing chronic tightness. It was my pleasure to work with you! See you soon, thank you Cole!
Kathy gave me a fantastic massage. I really love that she knows multiple modalities (like deep bodywork, gua sha, etc) and can weave that into the massage to really help you relax and recover. I had persistent pain for 6 months in my shoulder from a bouldering injury and she was able to clear it up in a few sessions using her deep bodywork and gua sha. I would highly recommend Kathy for anyone looking for a high-quality massage therapist or bodyworker.Sep 16, 2019VerifiedDeep Therapeutic Massage; Kathy Lund, LMT's reply
Hi Sunny, So happy to assist you with pain relief! Thank you!
Before the treatment, Kathy thoroughly explained her methods and what to expect. She examined my posture and musculature so she knew where we needed to focus. The massage was truly customized to my body’s needs and we worked together the entire time to make sure the problem-areas were being resolved effectively, which was amazing. It’s hard to find a great masseuse who can apply consistent, effective pressure throughout the entire treatment, but Kathy did just that. If you’re looking for a truly deep pressure massage customized to your needs, I highly recommend Kathy.Sep 8, 2019VerifiedDeep Therapeutic Massage; Kathy Lund, LMT's reply
Thanks Ben! It was my pleasure to work with you! And congrats!!
Kathy has helped me more than any massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She finds tight spots I didn’t even know were there, and then expertly works to release them. I’ve literally gone in to see her when I was unable to turn my neck, and come out with complete mobility. She is intuitive, diligent, and incredibly skilled at her craft.Sep 10, 2019Verified
Kathy is a true healer. I’ve experienced many different kinds of massage from different practitioners, and I have yet to encounter a therapist as skilled as Kathy. I’ve had years of crippling back pain that has reduced immensely since seeing Kathy. She has taught me about the muscles that are causing me pain and why, and gives me stretches and rolling techniques I can do at home. Not only is she skilled, but she is so friendly and compassionate. It is always a joy to see her. Thank you, Kathy!Oct 2, 2019VerifiedDeep Therapeutic Massage; Kathy Lund, LMT's reply
