My visit with Neha was my first experience with Rolfing. After I had my first visit I woke up the next day and was able to make the distinction between being sore (from working out) and stiffness associated with improper alignment and chronic conditioning. I felt more physically centered and effortlessly balanced. It’s a great(and new) feeling!Nov 13, 2019Verified
Neha was great. I went in with a sports injury that was causing a chain reaction of other problems. I came away from my session feeling aligned and symmetrical in terms of my stride. Neha also found some issues with specific parts of my body taking on extra load due to the injury, and she was able to unknot and loosen up all of those areas.Oct 27, 2019Verified
Calm and open, Neha listened to my concerns and then worked on me for an hour or more. My pain was reduced and I felt so much more fluid! Can’t wait to see what a second session brings.Nov 19, 2019Verified
Neha is very experienced and really understood the issues affecting me. She helped me tremendously.May 9, 2019Verified
I have worked with several body workers over the years and have never had someone as knowledgeable on the body. In just two appointments I am already enjoying so much more flexibility and my neuropathy is gone! It's a blessing I found her and would highly recommend Neha to anyone!May 9, 2019Verified
