Introduction: Hi! My name is Neha and I am an Advanced Massage Therapist & Certified Rolfer. I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher & Personal Trainer. I have been in Austin TX for over 22 years providing whole body health services from Weight Loss to Strength Training & Toning to Pain Management. My passion is to help others get their life back and with quality! My whole body approach provides long term relief from acute and chronic issues by addressing the root causes and manually restoring proper function, flexibility, and movement. Each session is customized to your specific needs. After the initial assessment, I systematically unwind and realign the imbalances in your body by working on the fascia at various depths to hydrate tissue and release any restrictions and/or adhesions. It is from this point that the body can begin to heal naturally and build healthy patterns of movement. I complete each session with stretching and strengthening exercises to integrate the bodywork for a full body reset. Some specific areas that I address : neck & shoulder pain, TMJ, frozen shoulder syndrome, "text neck" or upper cross syndrome, low back pain, hip pain, sciatica, foot/calf pain, runner's knee, IT band issues, tennis elbow, golf elbow, carpal pain, and pre/post surgery issues. If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment, please feel free to message me. Have a blessed day! Neha

Massage Therapy

Finding Neha has been the greatest gift! Last year I trained hard and did 2 NPC competitions. I was having weekly chiropractic adjustments and 2hour massages. I am a CPT and was training with a competition coach and a posing coach. Despite all of this none of us could figure out or fix my pain, difficulty in posing, inability to fire left glute, etc. First session despite my trauma/trust issues I instantly felt at ease. Neha gently put my diaphragm in its proper place and made my sway back straight, in addition to freeing up several tense/ tight areas. My mind was blown I felt like I had a new body, it even looked different in the mirror!!! In continued sessions we have fixed chest and shoulder issues,my left glute is firing and I have so much more pain free mobility and flexibility. I love that she is so knowledgeable and skilled in so many modalities and able to offer stretches, exercises, and insight for me to assist the healing process. I’m 40 and have often joked that my body feels 80 despite looking fit. After some magical sessions with Neha, I can say I haven’t felt this good since my 20’s! I feel like I’ve been gifted a brand new, properly aligned body when I’m in the gym. So grateful I found her. My results have been amazing! No other forms of treatment have brought anywhere near this much Actual Change, Healing, Increased Mobility, Pain Free Movement and Relief. Neha Is Not A Band Aide She Is The Solution! Highly Highly Recommend!

Massage Therapy

Neha is amazing and I am thankful I found her. She is treating me for chronic low back pain, and plantar fasciitis. I experienced immediate relief, and she customized a plan based on my medical history. Neha is professional, courteous, and has a wonderful personality.

Ms. Neha helped my husband to alleviate pain over the phone. She is so knowledgeable and Professional. Next day, my husband went for a session with her, and He is impressed how good he feels now. Ms Neha is great and a lot better than others Chiropractics I can tell ( my husband has visited a lot of them ) We truly recommend her.

Neha is amazing with her work! I immediately felt a difference in the functioning and movement in my body. It’s an awesome experience to discover the magic of Rolfing massage.
