- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal Training sessions are 60 mins in length. Corrective Therapy sessions are 75-90 mins in length and include a pre & post evaluation of the work. I offer tele-therapy services as well which can be from 30-45 minutes in length.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Corrective Therapy sessions start with a 5-10 minute assessment of your current conditions, issues, and movement patterns. The hands-on work is roughly 60-65 minutes that may start in a standing position followed by a seated or prone position on the table. Each session concludes with another 5-10 minutes of movement and exercises to incorporate all the physical changes. The timings above can vary case by case.
