- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer convenient tutoring packages for every student per month. We offer larger discounts the bigger the package the client chooses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our work starts as soon as you call us. We take the initial phone call seriously, as it really helps in the decision to match a particular tutor to your student. In general, we make sure to select a tutor whose tutoring style is a match, rather than go strictly by that tutor's resume.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Planting Seeds Tutoring favors hiring fully-credentialed teachers with anywhere from 3 to 5 years of verifiable classroom experience and college students and recent graduates who are currently enrolled in those classes and have hands on experience.
