I really enjoyed my experience working with Jenn on body/meditation. Although I am used to meditate, the technique that Jenn uses allowed my current tensions to release in just one virtual session! I felt so relaxed after and the work also enabled something of importance to surface, acknowledge, accept and consequently helped me move forward.

Jenn is a fantastic yoga and meditation teacher and coach. I've had many teachers and coaches over the years, so I'm a bit hard to impress. However, she is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and empathetic. I especially love her yoga nidra guided meditations. It's like getting several hours of deep sleep in about an hour of practice. Definitely give her a try, you won't be disappointed!
