This was my first session. Joey knows what he's talking about. I've seen other nutritionists before but they always gave me literature and left me on my own. Joey showed me the facts behind what he was asking me to do. It's not going to be easy but makes sense. If you're looking for a professional to help with nutrition Joey is your man.

I’ve had Andrew as a trainer for about 4 months now. Since I started working out with him, I’ve lost so far 35 pounds. My body fat has decreased. I’ve lost inches off my arms, waist, and thighs, and have gone down 2 dress sizes. Also, my nutrition has drastically improved thanks to his guidance. I have a lot more energy now and my stress levels have definitely gone down. My family, friends, co-workers have all commented on how great I look and I have even inspire my siblings to start working out and eat healthy. What I like about Andrew as a trainer is that he is very professional, knowledgeable, committed, and genuinely cares about his clients. I love how he always changes the workouts so they never become repetitive and I always feel challenge. Also, he takes the time when teaching new exercises and always makes sure to correct my technique to avoid injuries. Even when I travel, he sends me workouts and is always one call or txt away when ever I have any fitness/nutrition related questions. Over the course of this time, it’s been amazing to see how my body has transformed and become healthier. Not only has Andrew helped me become physically and mentally stronger, but has taught me that it is possible to turn this into a lifestyle. I’m very grateful for his help through my fitness journey. He is a great trainer and I highly recommend him!

David is a great trainer and really knows his stuff! He was very helpful in the gym by pushing and motivating me to complete the different work outs. We had the priviledge of both Jessica and Beth prepare a complex meal in our kitchen totally designed to teach us the best and tastiest options for Moe's dietary needs. They described each dish they were preparing and the nutrional value of every well chosen ingredient They did an enourmous amount of preparation in the buying and then in the creation of a delicious meal for our enjoyment and knowledge. I worked with Susan back when she was in Maryland. My main motivation was weight loss. I was getting pretty bad, so I decided to see a nutritionist. Susan takes a very unique, fun, and creative approach to nutritional consultation. She is very patient and explains things in ways that non-nutritionally inclined people such as myself can understand. As a result of her meal plans, exercise recommendations, guidance and expertise, I have lost a total of 100 lbs to date. I cannot recommend Susan highly enough!
My experience working with Xavier has been nothing short of amazing. As a former athlete I was looking to get back into shape and regain some of my youth. Over the course of working with Xavier I dropped over 30 lbs. while gaining a fair amount of muscle for a 40 year old. Many of the aches and pains were gone as my body transformed and I implemented the nutrition and weight training routines provided by Xavier. The knowledge I have gained has enabled me to live the active lifestyle that seemed far out of reach 4 years ago. Regardless of your age or gender...he works to develop lifestyle changes that his clients can implement and sustain for years to come. Even though he has moved to TX from MD, I still utilize many of the things he's taught me and have passed his knowledge along to other people walking the same path I was 4 years ago. I would recommend his assistance to anyone who wants to look and feel their absolute best.
All I can say is Jason was absolutely amazing! I was underweight (92lbs and anemic) but with his coaching and fitness plan, I am now a lean and healthy 110lbs! I highly recommend Jason for fitness and nutritional coaching!
