Introduction: As a coach and trainer, I believe it’s about creating a healthy lifestyle, not following a cookie cutter diet. That's why my method is to have clients implement specific small/medium sized changes over time to help them reach their goals. Through our one-on-one coaching calls we will discover your strengths, obstacles, and motivations that we can use each week as you makes changes to you daily life. *NOTE: before continuing, please note that my 12 week coaching programs for both fitness and nutrition are meant to be very hands-on. Clients get the best results when we are in regular contact and they have made a commitment to both me and to themselves to complete the program to the best of their abilities. If you are looking for just a 'meal plan', and not one-on-one coaching, please find someone else who will do that for you. Thanks for reading!   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer in person, online, and hybrid (combo of both) training. I will recommend the most price effective combination based on your needs. See below for reference. Group training: 2-4 people $35 each/ 60 min session Duo/couple training $40 each/60 minute session Personal Training: 1 on 1 $70/hour $40/half hour 5 session pack (1 hour) - $315 (save $35) 10 session pack (1 hour) - $630 (save $70) ***Purchase any training pack and get your full month of nutrition coaching for $125 (regularly $200)*** Nutrition + Online Training: 12 week program (best results) - Video call fitness assessment, personalized in-app workouts, weekly meal plans and grocery lists, weekly check-ins as needed. Plus the added degree of accountability and commitment of 12 weeks with a coach! - $1000

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    For training clients, we start with a FREE workout together to assess your current fitness and goals. From there, I will build you an individualized workout plan that will challenge and progress you towards your goals, and begin to meet as often as needed. For health coaching clients, we start with a conversation where I get to know more about your current diet and lifestyle and how you would like to change them for the better. From there, I will send you your first week of personalized meal and nutrition guidance plans for you to put into action at home. Depending on your needs we will continue to check-in monthly or weekly.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am an ACSM Personal Trainer and also a Precision Nutrition Certified Health Coach. In 2017, I earned my BSA in Human Ecology from the University of Texas, as well as a Certificate in Environment and Sustainability.
