Introduction: As a coach and trainer, I operate under the mantra that it’s about creating a healthy lifestyle, not following a diet. UPDATE: All session are virtual at the moment due to covid-19. We will resume in person sessions when it is safe to do so. NOTE: please tell me your location and where you are willing to travel to when you reach out. This prevents a mismatch in terms of location. I’ve learned that reaching your goals is not nearly as hard as you think it will be, but it will take twice as long as you expect. That’s why consistency is key. In the gym, I am a stickler for form and I’ll never ask you to do something I wouldn’t do. My clients like me because I have the perfect mixture of empathy with exercises that’ll make your ass sore the next day. I strive to help my clients find the same clarity and purpose from their workout that I find from mine. I do that by providing the laughs, the challenge, and the fit tips. You make it work by bringing your body and your can-do attitude.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer in person, virtual, and hybrid (combo of both) training. I will recommend the most price effective combination based on your needs. See below for reference. Group training: 2-4 people $35/ 60 min session Duo/couple training $40/person/60 minute session Personal Training: 1 on 1 $70/hour $40/half hour 5 session pack (1 hour) - $315 (save $35) 10 session pack (1 hour) - $630 (save $70) ***Purchase any training pack and get your full month of nutrition coaching for $90 (regularly $120)*** Nutrition + Online Training: 4 Month Plan (recommended) - Includes all the same benefits as monthly, with a discount and the added degree of accountability and commitment - $400 Monthly Plan - 60 minute video call + personalized nutrition plan, recipes, and grocery lists – $120
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For training clients, we start with a FREE workout together to assess your current fitness and goals. From there, I will build you an individualized workout plan that will challenge and progress you towards your goals, and begin to meet as often as needed. For health coaching clients, we start with a conversation where I get to know more about your current diet and lifestyle and how you would like to change them for the better. From there, I will send you your first week of personalized meal and nutrition guidance plans for you to put into action at home. Depending on your needs we will continue to check-in monthly or weekly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an ACSM Personal Trainer and also a Precision Nutrition Certified Health Coach. In 2017, I earned my BSA in Human Ecology from the University of Texas, as well as a Certificate in Environment and Sustainability.
