- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?In any industry the "Craftsman" has achieved the highest standards. Engaging the arena of Trades services of which we are also a part ensures the best quality work and abilities. That said, standard pricing systems are valuable for the one off type project. i.e. door, replacement windows, change outs. We at Reimann/Reimann Handyworks utilizes both standard pricing, and value added pricing systems.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?During our free consultation we LISTEN to exactly how our customers would like their project completed. We may offer suggestions and will walk you through what we think the process will look like: time and materials needed etc. If the project is at your home we will find out what times are best for you and plan our schedule accordingly. Review project completely in a time frame that allows for the necessary attention to detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Reimann/Reimann Handyworks has a long and meticulous recorded of putting client needs ahead of our own. We bring together our 30 years of experience and LISTEN CAREFULLY to our customer requests. We are not a service until we are a service to YOU.
