I am a control freak in regards to aesthetics and so I had planned to piece together the sweets table for our anniversary party myself. We hired Leslie and team last minute to take the pressure off. So glad we did. The sweets, tea, and water were a great success and delicious. Turns out the casual style fit our event well. I also appreciated the timely drop-off/pick up. I just added a sign, a bit of candy, and some extra flowers to create the look I wanted. It worked out perfectly and was well worth the price to not have to do it all myself.Apr 25, 2017Verified
Leslie and her team were a dream to work with. From the start, she was responsive to my requests, helpful with suggestions, and gave affordable options. The week of the event, the RSVPs skyrocketed and Leslie didn't bat an eye accommodating the larger crowd with more food, tables, tablecloths, champagne and wine glasses. Our guests, who just happened to be a room full of dentists, raved about the food and gorgeous setup. We had one guy from the catering crew stay throughout the event to help with cleanup, replenishing food, etc. He was absolutely amazing and was no doubt worth paying for hourly! He is the reason every host at the party said, "I was going to do (blank) but Ian already took care of it." We enjoyed the party so much more having him there to do the details. There were a couple of small things lost during cleanup that were a bit of a downer, and a few tablecloths and wine glasses were slightly less than clean. However, these small things were nothing compared to the attention given to our event, the care they gave, and the general helpfulness I felt from Fabulous Affairs. I will 100% hire them for our next event! I wish every company cared as much as they do.Mar 4, 2017Verified
Really wonderful tailgate party for our Austin office. It was a special occasion--and i was in California choosing the caterer. I really appreciate the owner, the confidence she gave me, her responsiveness, the set up and the pick up and the food! the glorious food! the table was beautiful and the food was delicious--she was on time, on budget, and really did the extra work to make me feel comfortable with my decision to hire her from afar. Now that i've done so, i'll be hiring her again and again! i highly recommend her!Oct 13, 2017Verified
