Sarah was our wedding coordinator for our wedding in San Francisco, and she was incredible! Our big day was your not typical venue, and had a whole lot of moving parts. Here is a quick summary: 75 guests (small wedding party, 6 total) Outdoor ceremony at the beautiful Palace of Fine Arts (a historical public landmark) Yacht reception immediately to follow, with provided transportation from ceremony to Yacht dock; we used San Francisco trolley cars to do this :). I had a very clear idea of how I wanted my big day to turn out, (the venue, the look, the budget). When I expressed my vision to Sarah, she was right on point and helped facilitate my dream to come true. Sarah gave great feedback and pointed out the unknowns of a wedding day that we needed to plan for. She put together a timeline, managed our budget, corresponded with all the vendors and executed delivery and set up the day of. Brides (and grooms) should NOT deal with these details on their own, and should appoint a professional, like Sarah! Our big day was basically stress free, FUN, and left a lasting impression on our guests. We cannot thank Sarah enough for her work.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We specialize in weddings but have also planned kids birthday parties, grad parties, corporate events and much more.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be specific in what you want and don't want. Our feelings will not get hurt if you do not like an idea we suggest. The most stressful and time consuming thing for both event planners and clients is when clients are afraid to speak up about what they desire. Our job is to make you happy and that's it!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It looks wayyyyy more glamorous than it actually is.
