Top Shelf Events was even better than we were expecting! As a last minute adjustment to our planning process we realized we needed Staff to help with the bbq and appetizers being dropped off. They provided the serving utensils, chafing dishes, pitchers and even a hot water urns for our Hot chocolate and Coffee bar that I didn't even think of bringing. They provided 4 total servers and they were there for about 4-5 hours. Helped setup the tables (silverware and napkins etc) and hot cocoa bar. The buffet looked great and flowed even better. They even passed the champagne for our toast. Don't pass these guys up! They are the real deal!

Lauren was super helpful with sending a Shopping list with exact amounts, and even brand recommendations for both the liquor/alcohol and the mixers. She even had brought an emergency kit of bartending stuff and left it in her car incase I didn't have anything, I didn't have straws or napkins and we even ran out of cups(which she had in that kit). We were super impressed. Will definitely be hiring again.

I hired Lauren's service for an airbrush makeup application for my wedding. We agreed on a price that was to include myself and maid of honor with a trial run a week before. We kept in touch via e-mail throughout the process. The makeup artist, Ashley, moved to town the day of the trial run. We agreed to perform the service at my house since she wasn't settled anywhere yet. She did give me the option of the venue location but that was not as convenient for either of us. She called to let me know she was running quite late (about an hour). But, she did come and was very apologetic. However, I was still very concerned about trusting her to not be late on the wedding day. She did a very nice job on the trial makeup and her personality led me to believe she'd be on time on my wedding day. The trial makeup application lasted all night. Two days prior to my wedding I sent Ashley a text reminder and she replied letting me know she'd be there. On the wedding day, Ashley sent me a text message saying she was in my area a half hour early and could be to my home early if I would like, or on time - my choice. I thought that was very nice. My wedding day makeup took about one hour for each person and I was very happy with the result. It lasted through the reception. I'd be happy to use Lauren's company, and/or Ashley again.

From the beginning the interaction between Lauren and the top shelf team was awesome. They answered all of my questions and even sent me a list of things I should get so every basis was covered. I might have forgotten napkins/straws etc. Their specialty cocktails were SUCH A HIT! I got so many compliments. Their team rocked and worked extremely hard fighting through the lines. My family really likes to drink! It worked out absolutely perfect, we ran out of alcohol about 10 minutes before last call! I call that a success! I would definitely recommend Top Shelf Events. Lauren is really knowledgable and David and Ashleigh were fantastic bartenders! Super happy with my decision to hire them!
