- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with an initial phone call to coordinate our schedules and plan our first face-to-face meeting at our studio or at the desired venue. Sometimes we get hired before ever meeting our client in person as well but we always try to coordinate to where we can do an initial consult to give the most accurate concept when we send out our quotes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner + creative designer, Twyla, has been in the industry for 9 years. Having lived in Vegas working with and designing for the major hotels gives her unprecented experience in the large scale wedding + event industry.
