- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, all my pricing is on my website. Cake prices are broken down for single or tiered cakes, with portion sizes allocated to each size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most weddings I suggest a consultation/tasting in order to figure out exactly what the customer is wanting. There we can go over all the details for their big day. It also gives us a chance to meet in person so that they know they're in good hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Karina graduated from Culinary School in 2004. Fast forward 12 years she has done it all. Working in multi-million dollar hotels, catering on movie sets, to mom and pop bakeries. Along the way grabbing Zagat’s 30 under 30!
