- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Never any pet fees! Reoccuring discounts: Monthly 10% Bi-weekly:15% Weekly: 20% Price does not include sales tax (8.25%) Our on-time guarantee: If we miss our window by even a minute, we will give you a 10% discount on your service. Clean Guarantee: If you are not happy with our service for any reason, let us know within 24 hours, and we will send someone back to clean it right away! We pride ourselves on paying our cleaners fair wages, and we reimburse for mileage. We don't want to be like any other cleaning service, so our prices may not be the cheapest, but our goal is to give you the best cleaning experience possible. We charge hourly for our rates with a two-hour minimum. Most first time houses will take 3 hours while any reoccurring customers will generally be two hours. Once we arrive, we will inspect the house and give you an updated estimate of the amount of time required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer has their own unique and individual needs. We want to hear all your concerns and questions. The information provided will let us know how to make your experience unparalleled. A list will then be emailed to you so you can review every item you want in detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner's Joe and Maria have both run several small businesses in the past. Both of them have always had a strong focus on client and employee relationships. They hired several cleaning consultants to go over any pain points with both cleaners and customers, and are continuously evolving our business to meet new demands every day.
