Latest Review: Great personal trainer! I get in the gym tired some days and Carl makes sure to keep up the motivation and energy! I personally needed a butt kicking! And he was the guy for me. He is flexible to all different lifestyles and clients as I've seen his others that come in before and after me. Great workout routines and he keeps track to show my gains! Definitely recommend!

Latest Review: Cody is awesome! This is my first experience with a personal trainer and hands down he’s amazing! Every workout is different and really helps push you to do your best each rep! Cody is very thorough when explaining an exercise and what part of the body you are working. He is encouraging and a great listener. I highly recommend Cody! He checks in during the week to see how you are feeling after your workouts and in general great communication!

Latest Review: If you're looking for a personal trainer who really knows his stuff, look no further! I have lost 45 pounds and gained muscle and the best part is he didn't starve me. Chris really knows how to build your metabolism and is constantly updating his knowledge. Some personal trainers will have you do endless hours of cardio while skimping on the calories, not Chris! He will rebuild your body in the healthiest way possible. I am so happy with my progress and finally have the confidence I've always wanted. Chris has definitely gained a life long client :) it's so refreshing to meet a trainer who lives the life he teaches and has science-backed methods!! Thank you Chris!

Latest Review: Daniel is a dedicated personal trainer. He’s going make sure and give you every tool needed to see results. I’ve tried finding personal trainers since working with Daniel (I moved away, I’d still be there if I could) and know one compares to him. He really is the best.

Latest Review: Tim is an excellent trainer who is educated and knowledgable. For almost a year, I trained with Tim. He helped me gain a better understanding of the affect working out can have on my body. As a result of working with Tim, I lost weight (roughly 50 pounds, I believe), but gained the confidence to go beyond my comfort zone. Tim has a holistic approach to exercise, and does not focus on one method over another. I highly recommend Tim to anyone seeking a trainer.

Latest Review: Dave is an awesome personal trainer. He is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals, which includes pushing you to follow an appropriate nutritional plan. Dave is very knowledgeable about the science behind fitness, and his workout plans are appropriately planned and will leave you feel accomplished after each session (even though they are exhausting!). I was very hesitant to get a personal trainer at first, but Dave has made it an awesome experience. My goal has been to put on mass, and through a few months of training with him, I now weigh the most I've weighed in my life and am the strongest I've ever been. I would recommend Dave to anyone who is looking for a trainer that is personable and helps you achieve your fitness and nutritional goals. If you want to be pushed to reaching these goals, Dave is your guy!

Latest Review: We needed a flexible and creative trainer to help us work out at home after our 6 month old son went to bed. Keep in mind, we only have a couple of yoga mats, a few sets of dumbbells, and an overly friendly dog. No problem at all for Christopher- he came up with hard hour-long workouts for us to do in our living room, and made sure to walk us through exercise series we could use for workouts throughout the week. He even sent accountability texts to make sure we were doing the workouts between sessions and to check-in on how we were feeling. The workouts were hard, but also super fun- Christopher is very clearly knowledgeable about fitness and physical training, and he also has a great sense of humor. He was flexible with finding times for sessions that worked around our work and baby schedules. And he didn't mind the playful dog jumping across the room while he worked us out. Christopher is fairly new to Austin, which I consider to be a temporary advantage- I'd bet he'll have a very full clientele list in no time. Do yourself a favor and book him now while he still has availability!

Latest Review: Rudy is a special kind of guy. He’s different from the other personal trainer that you see at the gym. I enjoy working out and i always say trainers doing 80% percent talking and 20% working out. Put Rudy is about working out and not talking. Coming from a Marine Veteran I thought i was inshape ha i was wrong. Did a full body workout with rudy and i had to throw in the towel. He made me puke which is awesome that means i worked my body to its protential and some. But he knows safety as well ! Would recommend rudy to anyone i know. If you’re looking for results you can SEE go with this guy
