Working with Jon has been very educational and I've learned a lot of movements that I grew to love. I come from an active sport background and he was able to challenge me and find my weaknesses and coach on how to improve them. Recommend 100% Thank you, Jon!Nov 7, 2020

I’ve been training with Jon for over a year. As a result I am stronger and have less issues with my knees, neck, and back. He tailors work outs based on on your health issues and is extremely knowledgeable, knowing what exercises and routines would be best making adjustments as needed. He focuses on form. He’s definitely helped me reach my goals.Oct 27, 2020

I purchased a program to help my son gain strength and mass as a birthday gift. Jon organized his programs, made great workouts, and touched base personally throughout the process. I see results in my son! I would recommend Dover Performance to anyone!Feb 27, 2021

I have been to a couple foot doctors for pain I'm having with my right foot. I turned my ankle 30 years ago and broke a bone on the outside of my foot. Because of that, I started walking on the arch of my foot. I never realized until Jon's assessment, my right leg turns outward. He gave me exercises to strengthen my thigh muscles to hold my leg correctly. This helped relieve my foot pain. Thanks, Jon for looking at the big picture instead of just focusing on my painful foot!!Nov 5, 2020
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? It always starts with a consultation appointment, this allows me to get to know you as a person, what your goals are, your bodies history (past injuries, training experience ect.) as well as conduct a full body evaluation to see how you move as well as taking initial base line measurements (weight, circumference measurements) based on your goals is what we will get a base line for and then we train from there towards the end goal!
