FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I Charge $100 per session training session. Beyond just a great workout, you can expect to learn something new about mobility and lifting technique every time we meet. I like this approach because with the knowledge I share, my clients now have the ability to perform movements with good form and prevent potential injuries on their own for the rest of their lives. This way, I feel that I provide a service as well as an intangible product this way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always schedule a new client intake call. The call can run anywhere from 15-45 minutes. During this call we delve into previous fitness, injury, weight loss history. Your schedule, goals, training location, and of course any questions you might have for me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I have completed mobility courses through Dr. Andrea Spina's FRS system. I have attended the FRC mobility certificate and Kinstretch certificate. I have tried everything for myself and clients of the years when it comes to mobility. This system consistently yields results when it comes to fixing flexibility, stability, and potentially preventing injuries. Through Crossfit I have held numerous certificate courses focusing on high intensity circuit training and Strength & Conditioning.
