Introduction: I focus on form and function. I do not just look at what is HOT right now. As i keep learning I use all the styles of fitness to be able to us them all at the right time and right way for each person based on their needs and goals. I have special training in Post Rehab so if the injuries or limits I am educated , and comfortable training that type of client tell. Two things I get to Teach and education people how not only get to their goals but to help them in ways they did not think possible. Second the relationship that are formed being able to learn so much about a client that you can get into a detail of the training that is 100% specific to each client is amazing.

Chris helped me rehab my injuries (back & knee), strength train and adjust my nutrition while living in Austin, TX. Over a four-month program I saw amazing results in my abdomen and arms and no longer had back or knee pain. Chris was the first trainer that actually listened to what my concerns were and was the first trainer to work on my left side and my right side separately. He explains things clearly and provided excellent advice over nutrition and equipment. I especially liked the muscle manipulation prep work required before my work out, it made sense and really helped with cramping and lactic acid build up. He is always on time and provided above-expected results. He made me feel like he knew my body better than I did. I didn’t feel like a number although he was at a big box gym. I enjoyed working with him, especially the way he pushed me past my whiny point. He doesn’t accept no for an answer. I will continue to use Chris and recommend him 100%.

Chris is an excellent personal trainer and motivator. He understands the importance of having basic fundamental strength before moving on to tackle his clients' general fitness goals. He is really good at pushing fitness limits just enough to see results without causing injuries. He focuses on and teaches good lifting techniques. Chris understands the athlete diet and is able to easily explain good eating habits as well. My personal goals were to get toned and burn fat, and he was able to help me do that without "bulking me up." I saw really great results, and it was a really good fitness and diet education for me. It was definitely a positive experience. I have worked with other personal trainers and Chris is one of the best educated trainers by far.

I was very fortunate to have Chris as my Personal Trainer for about a year. From the start he had a great understanding of my fitness goals and continually developed effective training plans that had been both challenging and setting a good foundation towards my fitness and future lifestyle goals. I have always found Chris as a genuine caring guy who easily relates to people and is very adaptable to meet their needs. His personal strengths as a highly motivated individual as well as his professional and extensive fitness knowledge have all contributed to my own personal fitness successes. I find his passion for fitness and great sense of humor has encouraged me as an individual to want to do well and exceed my own fitness goals. I trained with Chris before I was pregnant and continued with him throughout my pregnancy. His suggestions and professional advice on additional training, nutrition and tips for pre/post training have all contributed to me achieving my personal fitness goals. Chris was good at helping me define my goals, and keeping me from wimping out too soon. I saw gains in core strength, balance, and upper body strength that improved my yoga practice. I like that he built in variety so that I didn't get bored. I hope to train with him after my next baby's birth to build my core again.

He is just amazing. A great listener and very motivating without being abrasive. Would recommend him to everyone I know. Was beyond pleased with the change in my body as well as feeling stronger.
