Introduction: Four Fox Fitness is all about incorporating 4 fundamental elements into your personalized training program. Our trainers are adaptable to a variety of styles of training, where our goal is to find a style you enjoy the most. Take a deeper look at our four elements and what to expect in your program: Water: Here we cover diet, mental health, sleep hygiene, rehabilitation, stretching, and SMR - we also have a corrective exercise specialist to work directly with any past trauma. Fire: This element is all about the engine of your body - Metabolism. Here we cover metabolic conditioning, LISS, HITT, PHA and other circuit style training, cardiovascular health, and EPOC Earth: This is the first element you learn and last you master. In our Earth element we want you to develop a strong foundation through stabilization and use of proprietary enriched environments. After acknowledgement of a strong base, we can develop the “mastering” portion by increasing maximal strength for clients look to become stronger. Air: Our most unique element, Air, caters to special skills. This can include increasing your vertical jump to achieving your first muscle-up or handstand or even sparring in the boxing ring! I originally was meeting with a trainer at LA fitness and when I completed these sessions made the switch to Finnick at Four Fox Fitness. He provided me with a specialized workout and nutrition program. He also comes to my apartment for the workouts which is super convenient. I’m slowly seeing results based on my original goals: burning fat and building muscle. Don’t get ripped off when it comes to your personal training. Go with Finnick at FourFox!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We offer competitive pricing and discounts based on the amount of sessions committed. We want to make sure you feel like your in good hands - so we offer a consultation free (1 hour) and extend a welcoming invite to participate in a group class as well. Our mobile training has an additional tax based on mileage.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Goal setting and initial assessments followed by program overview and scheduling

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    NASM, AFPA, ISSA, CES, Boxing Academy, PUS, Nutritionist
