All around great trainer. Very effective and easy to work with.Jul 19, 2017Verified
We needed a flexible and creative trainer to help us work out at home after our 6 month old son went to bed. Keep in mind, we only have a couple of yoga mats, a few sets of dumbbells, and an overly friendly dog. No problem at all for Christopher- he came up with hard hour-long workouts for us to do in our living room, and made sure to walk us through exercise series we could use for workouts throughout the week. He even sent accountability texts to make sure we were doing the workouts between sessions and to check-in on how we were feeling. The workouts were hard, but also super fun- Christopher is very clearly knowledgeable about fitness and physical training, and he also has a great sense of humor. He was flexible with finding times for sessions that worked around our work and baby schedules. And he didn't mind the playful dog jumping across the room while he worked us out. Christopher is fairly new to Austin, which I consider to be a temporary advantage- I'd bet he'll have a very full clientele list in no time. Do yourself a favor and book him now while he still has availability!Jan 16, 2018Verified
I have a very busy schedule and needed help fitting a workout into my day. Christopher's workouts are optimized to get the most out of our time together. Within a couple of weeks I started feeling more energized, felt stronger, and looked better in my clothes. Christopher knows how to push you but is also compassionate. I didn't realize how good of a workout I could get just at home. I look forward to our workouts and would suggest his training to anyone.May 31, 2017
Christopher is extremely professional and knowledgeable of the craft. He is the perfect fit for anyone at any fitness level and really works with you to get the most out of every movement - focusing on form rather than repetitions. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get back into the fitness game, or an athlete looking to switch up his/her routine.Jan 17, 2018
Christopher came to my home gym. I was so comfortable working with him. He is creative with our work out based off what I had in my home gym. Christopher helped me with my form and cared about my fitness goals and results. The hour long session went so fast and he left me feeling pleased with my experience and toned.Jan 17, 2018
