I’ve spent the last 3 years coaching 200+ individuals in nutrition, fitness, and mindset. I have committed myself fully to them through optimizing their daily energy levels, achieving weight loss, regaining their body confidence, and most importantly, using sustainable methods to get them the lasting results they want. In this time I have perfected my trade to ensure I can provide you with what you need to be successful. I am certain I am one of the best trainers out there helping clients transform their lifestyle because I truly want to see you succeed. I have coached clients in large groups and on a 1-on-1 basis, both in person and virtually. I have pursued multiple accreditations in functional fitness and nutrition domains to expand my knowledge. Every method I coach is something I personally live by as well. I do not just talk the talk - I also walk the walk. Few people are fortunate enough to have a coach who is so deeply invested in the success of their clients. I have been working with Dylan for several years now on both my nutrition and fitness. Dylan has supported me through both fat loss and muscle gaining phases. He does so much more than just provide macro targets and workout plans. He listens to your concerns and will make any adjustments you need to succeed. Dylan goes above and beyond to make sure that you stay on track towards your goals. For example, when I travel, he will tweak all my workouts based on the gym equipment I have available. During these trips he has even studied restaurant menus for me to help me decide what I should eat (which is especially challenging given that I am vegan and super picky). In addition to being super knowledgeable on all things fitness and nutrition, he has also transformed the way I think about myself and my goals. I can't believe how much better I feel overall after working with Dylan. His understanding of fitness, nutrition, and mindset is actually ridiculous! He really knows what he's doing and is always willing to help. He’ll push you hard enough where your body feels stronger but not too hard where you think it’ll be impossible to succeed. He has the keys, trust me!! The most important thing is that he’s always there for you because Dylan makes sure YOU are getting results!! His gym is legit too. He always makes you feel excited about the improvements you’ve made and it’s great to hear!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Anytime you invest time, money, sweat to work with a coach, there’s a risk, right? What if it’s not for you, what if it doesn't work out, what if the program isn’t as good as it sounds? I believe 100% in what it is that I do and how I can help you, because of that I’m willing to remove all risks for you. If you are not happy with your service at the beginning I will give you back a full refund.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    All new clients working with me will start with a phone call to understand your current health state and future goals. We will go over any prior health limitations or history needed to tailor the service. I want to make sure that when we work together you are getting nothing but the highest service. If on our call it becomes clear that I am not a good fit to help you get to your health goals I will help guide you to an ideal solution for your situation. Your trust in me is essential for your results. The call is an opportunity to discuss a plan of action to get to your goals and to address any concerns you may have!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been coaching people through different disciplines for the last several years. I've had what you might call a diverse background, working as both an independent consultant and with local gyms alike. From 1-on-1 training, group training, both in-person and virtual. This broadness occurred because every single one is unique, so I needed a variety of skills when catering to clients. Along with the different styles of coaching I have a wide background in fitness.
