Introduction: My name is Jeff Parra, I have been teaching and training in a variety of martial arts for the past 14 years. I have a masters in education in which I specialized in physical education. My goal is to help people get healthy in a safe and nurturing environment through martial arts. I am a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, Jeet Kune do black belt, and a certified Muay Thai instructor. I provide personal training sessions in whatever style suits your needs! My family has been in the martial arts business for over 35 years.

Jeff is masterful at his craft. He is patient and has an unparalleled ability to not only show you how to break down a drill, but explains the purpose and functionality as well as how and when to apply it. Jeff has the ability to teach any student-whether young or old how to assimilate martial arts into their arsenal. Whether for self defense or fitness, there's a place here for anyone who wants to learn and improve themselves. High recommend!
