I've been working out with Jeff for about a year, and he's awesome! We started with a focus on weight loss (lost 15 pounds in 3 months while increasing strength) and later switched to a program designed to supplement my running (joint strength, flexibility). His demeanor is very positive and encouraging, and I get a lot out of every session.

I've been attending Jeff's group workouts for about 7months now and love it. The workouts are always focused and different each time, so I haven't gotten bored like I have with other repetitive classes and bootcamps I've done before. I've lost weight and there is a significant difference in my fitness level and strength. Jeff is very motivating and personable, and I really look forward to the workouts (which is impressive after a long day at work).

Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about physical fitness and nutrition. He's really committed to helping me improve my fitness and puts in a lot of time to design training programs to fit my specific needs. Plus he's a lot fun to workout with and has a great attitude! I'm really fortunate to have him as my trainer.
