FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The rate for each session depends on how often per week you train, and the length of the session. I have clients pay for two weeks or four weeks at a time, at whatever frequency and duration they desire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a free consultation and initial workout, which allows us to meet in person. I get your fitness and health background from you, answer your questions about fitness, and begin to show you how you need to go about improving your health. I do an initial workout which gives me an idea of where you are at, and gives you an idea of how sessions in the future will go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do continuing education to keep my certification, so I go to workshops and do home study courses. I'm always learning about fitness and also experiment a lot with my own workouts. I've sacrificed my own goals to some extent to help others reach theirs, whether it was doing different types of exercise to get a better feel for them, jogging and walking with clients when I'd otherwise want to do less cardio and focus on building muscle, or just taking extra time to do research for clients when it was needed.
