Jon helped me go from 24% to 11% body fat in just three months. We trained together 4-5 times per week in Austin, TX, and he wrote detailed workout regimens and nutrition plans for me. As I progressed, we strategized about how to achieve my goals, and he continually modified my workouts to ensure that I was getting the most out of every session. I cannot say enough good things about Jon Brown. He was very supportive and motivated me to get into the best shape I have been in since high school! Jon went well beyond what I expected out of a personal trainer. He was always on time or early. The quality of each session was fantastic. Whenever I felt like I wouldn't be able to make it to the gym, he would give me the encouragement I needed to push through a tough workout. Whenever I felt the urge to surpass my calorie recommendations, he would work with me to come up with healthy substitutes. I felt like I could text him anytime something came up, even if it was only tangentially health-related. I am truly grateful to have been his client, and I would not want to train with any other personal trainer at this point. I can honestly say that there is nothing that could have enhanced my experience. My new goal is to compete in a Tough Mudder, and I cannot wait to work with Jon to get into even better shape over these next few months. Needless to say, I would wholeheartedly recommend Jon Brown. He is affordable, effective, and he gets you the results you want!

I was very new to the fitness world. I tried many diets and couldn't commit to a trainer. As a result I gained a lot more weight than what I wanted to. Before you know it I was very uncomfortable in the clothes that I used to wear. I met Jon and from the very beginning he made me feel comfortable. He taught me the mechanics of working out and what consistency was all about. I cleaned up my diet and with Jon's help within weeks I started seeing the fat fall off. Jon is very personable and always brings alot of energy to the table. Working out was difficult but always fun. He continued to push me past my limits and I couldn't be any happier with my results. I've gone from being out of shape to making exercising a staple part of my day. It was a great journey working with Jon and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer.

Wow! I must admit, I was skeptical about hiring a personal trainer in general, but Jon Brown (or JB as I called him) was the most dedicated, empathetic, and encouraging fitness friend I could have asked for. First of all, his story of battling with his own weight is inspirational at the very beginning, and his in-depth understanding of nutrition and whole body health was transformational for me. I was getting ready to renew my vows with my Love and wanted to look like '15 years ago'. I only had three months to loose 20 lbs! With his encouragement of intrinsic motivation, I surpassed my goal- built more strength and lost 25lbs...not too bad! All to say: 5 stars to this guy, I will be back (hopefully with less weight to lose). -RD

Jon Brown is an excellent trainer. When I started to work out, I knew nothing about fitness. With Jon's help, I was able to receive the knowledge that I needed to get in the best shape of my life. With Jon's diet plan and exercise routine, I was able to stay committed because of his motivation. After training, I would always have questions about what I should and shouldn't be doing. Jon was always available to help me answer any specific question. His love and knowledge of fitness showed through his training. If you're looking for a committed and passionate trainer, Jon is your go-to personal trainer. You won't be let down! You will definetly see the results that you want.

I did a few sessions with Jon and they were great I followed his advice an saw great results. I was very happy with him. Would use him more if I could. OUTSTANDING!
