I use a combination of strength building exercises and high intensity interval training (HiiT) to build a workout that best fits your lifestyle and schedule. I've been training remotely with Sebastian for 8 months, and it's been great. I worked out with Sebastian in-person before that, and I feel like I get the same high quality workout remotely as I did in-person. I wasn't sure if I would like working out with a trainer remotely, but I always feel worked and sore (in a good way). Sebastian is great about pushing me and encouraging me when I feel like quitting. He's always very responsive if I need to make a scheduling change.

I approached Sebastian when my fitness level was really poor, but I wanted to pursue my dream of hiking Everest Base Camp in Nepal. With 8 months of intense hard work and strict training, I was able to get into great shape. I completed the trek with ease and I was extremely grateful for his coaching, positivity, and support through the whole experience. I highly recommend!

Always has ideas for exercises to do and alternatives if I can't do one. Something Sebastian does that I find rare is he is pretty good at knowing how much to push. Having someone to push me is the reason for me wanting a trainer, but it can be bad if they push too much. Sebastian seems to be good at knowing just how much to push.

Sebastian worked with my 21 y.o. son & I for a year @ the YMCA, which only ended due to COVID-19 in March 13, 2020. During that year together, my overall strength & endurance improved tremendously. We had to work around some previous injuries I’d had, but that did not mean we didn’t do challenging workouts! Sebastian was great at motivating me & pushing me to reach for the next challenge. I found myself wanting to go workout instead of dreading it. I’m looking forward to the time when I feel safe enough to be in a gym again & get back to work on weight training. I really miss training with Sebastian.

When I started training with Sebastian over 2 years ago, I needed someone to supply the motivation and enthusiasm that I had been lacking on my own. But what I found in Sebastian was so much more. The knowledge and creativity he brings to my routines keeps my workouts fresh and fun, all the while systematically building strength and muscle tone that I never imagined I could have. I appreciate how he has taken the time to get to know me as a person and how to encourage me to keep pushing on. He is also very committed to and excited by my fitness goals and with this, I have been able to lose 50 pounds. Even if you don’t think you’re ready or physically able to hit the gym, with Sebastian all you need to do is show up – he’ll take care of the rest. I can’t recommend Sebastian enough!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    constantly working out at my local gym I would continuously be sought for advice and help in training. As someone who found great pleasure in aiding with other peoples fitness goals mixed with my upbeat optimistic personality I became one of the most sought after trainers at my local YMCA.
