Jeanette was such a blessing to us. She is very friendly, professional and "loves" animals. We were able to go on vacation and not have to worry about our "babies". She is very flexible and dependable. I highly recommend her for whatever type of service you need. She did great -- and my cats told me that they really liked her which is a great compliment coming from them.Jul 13, 2015Verified
Cats and pond fish were fine, and outside birds got food also. Only issue was item left for mailing was sent out a few days late. I would recommend Jeanette without reservation.Jul 15, 2015Verified

Jeanette was a lifesaver for me and my best friend, Houston. He was very sick in his last two years, needing lots of love, motivation to eat and medication. She was there for him at every step, and for me as I wasn't doing well with his situation. I very highly recommend her, no matter if you have a puppy or a disabled pet, she's great!Jun 2, 2015
Jeanette was excellent with our dogs even our older dog who needed significant help being fed as well as going out to the bathroom. I really felt her empathy and felt safe leaving our dogs with her. I would highly recommend her for pet sitting or house sitting. Extremely responsible.May 28, 2015
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Not complicated. I stay over in my client's home with their pets, giving 24-hour care. My rate is $50/night, with an additional $5 per animal if more than two, and if medical care or any other special request is made, there may be a nominal fee, but that's something I discuss at the initial meeting with a potential client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?No not yet. I've been looking into a course for pet sitters offered by a training facility in Austin, or their internship as a trainer, but it's pricey and I need to focus on getting my website up and running... I've been booked solid for a few months, and without my computer, so that's been my main focus. Hopefully soon... Two Hearts Pet Care will be up and online!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Love animals, needed extra income, and what started as a way to get by became a full time job. I really never knew what I was missing til I started this line of work. I've never been so fulfilled and happy.
