Matt Brown has provided me with tee shirt, sweatshirt, hat and novelty designs for merchandise for the NBA and NHL which is sold to fans in arena team stores across the country. Collectively we have created hundreds of designs which in turn have sold tens of thousands of products. I am always faced with tight deadlines and turnaround times, especially during playoffs, and Matt has always provided timely service and worked many evening and weekends to complete these very high pressure programs. He is diligent about completing projects on time and with regard for my budget as well. Creatively I am always amazed and delighted by his ability to turn my vague idea into a design that I can sell to my NHL and NBA buyers who in turn stock their stadiums with trendy, stylish merchandise that Matt has designed. He consistently comes up with several options for each of my requests to give me a variety of ideas. Season after season I continue to be impressed by his ability to interpret my ideas and turn them into graphics that are made into products that fans are wearing in the stands, on Facebook, Instagram and other social media. I owe much of my success to our collaboration and it could not have been achieved without Matts dedication, thoughtfulness and commitment to excellence.

Matt is incredibly talented and very easy to work with. He's consistently able to deliver creative work that's on scope, within budget and on time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on project scope and client budget. I can work hourly based on an estimate or on a fixed price once the details have been discussed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work in a very collaborative fashion with my clients. After a kickoff call or meeting where we outline the project and timeline, I take what I have learned and dive in. From rough sketches to final product, I get input and approval to make sure I am achieving the desired vision. I find that working in such a milestone fashion keeps the project on scope and on time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years experience in the design industry. From photo studios to marketing firms and advertising agencies, I have added many skills to my design toolbox throughout my career. I have two BA degrees: • Studio Art: Concentration in Graphic Design • Business Administration: Managerial Studies
