Performed required by City of Houston structural engineering services for my courtyard masonry wall restoration. I had to have engineering seals on my project blueprints before the Permitting Center would issue my building permit. Anne and Joey met ALL commitments: appointment times, deliverables, delivery times, etc. They advised me that I did NOT need two services costing about $1000 that other engineers told me I had to have (obviously, the other engineers were padding their own pockets). So, put Anne and Joey down as honest in addition to being competent structural engineers. In addition, Anne and Joey were 1/3 of the price quoted to me by "name brand" engineering companies. Besides performing competent engineering services, Anne and Joey are delightful people; they are so easy to work with. What a treat it was to meet them and chat with them about my project. I do not give praise lightly or easily so it is a real pleasure for me to provide genuine, positive praise to a small can do local engineering firm.
