Introduction: Bigham & Associates LLC is a full-service residential property management company serving the Austin Metropolitan Area (Austin, Round Rock, Hutto, Pflugerville, Manor, Del Valle, Buda, and Kyle). We are focused on providing quality housing to our residents and excellent service to our clients. We provide full management services, including marketing, tenant screening, leasing, maintenance, and accounting. We specialize in property management of single-family homes, individual condos, and duplex properties. We are not a division of a big real estate sales office.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    All fees are negotiable depending upon the property but we normally work with 8 % of one month's rent as our monthly management fee. We do charge a minimum monthly management fee (usually $100.00 per unit). Leasing fee 75% of one month’s rent on most properties due at move in. We do not have a long list of extra administrative fees or service charges.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We like to get to know the client and the property to see if they like us and we like them.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    As Texas Licensed Real Estate professionals, we are required to complete continuing education courses maintain our real estate license. As Realtors® we subscribe to a strict code of ethics and fair housing practices. As members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) we subscribe to a high standard of business ethics, professionalism, and fair housing practices and have completed many hours of specialized property management education. We continue to read, study, take classes and attend seminars to learn and hone our skills as professional residential property managers.
